Sparring injuries/ good MMA gear
Do you guys have any advice on sparring, obviously hard sparring can cause concussion-like symptoms and brain damage, which could be solved by light sparring.
Also, I was wondering if getting a head guard is actually worth getting.
Finally, any good MMA gear I am thinking on taking the opportunity of the greatest time of year (black friday) to buy some decent gear, Many thanks! 😁

I always wear headgear to avoid cuts, too much money on the line if have to pull from a fight from a cut.
Hard sparring has its place but too often can cause a lot of damage.
