What can I improve on?

Apologies guys for that I will be sure to just you know and tag you next time

Any advice? What should I improve on?

Basically did some bag work, first one focusing on roundhouse kicks, and some switch kicks. Second one I was focusing on jab, straight, left hook and low kick.

145kg for 1 rep and 115kg for 8 reps Deadlifts

A bit disappointed about the results but I haven't been doing deadlifts for too long.

I haven't been doing deadlift for too long, but I found my max was 150kg
