My name is Umut Kashif, a sports and rehabilitation specialist. With 8 years experience I have worked in many fields from clinics to sports.
With a background of coaching, personal training, then aiding those with injuries, rehabilitation inquires.
With myself we aim to ensure we reduce injuries, manage and educate how we can treat injuries. I specialise in how we can avoid future injuries and keeping our wellbeing looked after!
