Hey Josh, thank you for taking the time to throw in the question into the chat!

As you’re aware the wrist sadly does become vulnerable to injuries without the right technique or support. Going off the image, it’s on the outside part of your wrist, from repetitive strains, cartilage and ligaments can be impacted. Without a scan it would be a guessing game due to the complexity of the joint. Start doing some wrist and hand mobilisation to help free up the joint. Ensure the wrist is correctly strapped. Warm the joint up before hand. Get some wrist strengthen exercises involved every other day as well be my advise!
